There's no shortage of museums and art galleries in the LA area. While browsing and discussing art can be great things to do with friends, it's a completely different experience when you're by yourself. When you take yourself to an art gallery or museum, you can browse at your own pace and can appreciate the art in silence. This is a great form of self-care for those who feel like they're stuck in a rut and haven't been feeling creative, artsy, or inspired lately.

When you look good, you feel good. Getting your hair, nails, or skin done can be a great way to boost your confidence and take care of yourself.
